What makes you unique among recruiters?
A:
We have been recruiting exclusively in Call Center and Customer Service since 1985, and have been at the recruiting forefront ever since.
And in the words of one trade magazine reporter, we probably know more Call Center Professionals, personally, than anyone else in the country.
Due to our long history, we have an extensive national reach: A database of over 15,000 call center professionals who we have interviewed in the past, and keep in constant touch with. Most are happily employed and not necessarily looking for another job, but when we call, they listen. We know their goals - professional, geographic, and financial. They know when we call that we are presenting an outstanding opportunity, one that they must consider seriously. That's the kind of relationship we have with them.
Even if they are not interested, they know our standards and have no qualms about referring another candidate who is qualified.

How thoroughly do you interview for a client's requirements?
A:
Many of our candidates have told us that our interviews are more in-depth than the initial interview with a company. We are unique in the scope and depth of information we learn about candidates. We ask questions for you and probe deeply. (As a matter of fact, people we recruit for top executive positions eventually use our services when they are in a position to hire because they know how thorough we are). Our criteria for presentation of a candidate is unique. We do not present a candidate we would not hire ourselves if the position existed in our organization.

Q:

How do you get candidates?
A:
Because we don't advertise an opportunity (you could do that yourself), we have three methods:
- We tap into our database of the 15,000 Call Center Professionals we have interviewed.
- We explore our other database of 40,000 professionals in the industry. These names were gathered from every conceivable source, including articles in trade publications. We have some information about them: where they work, what their title is, what their company does. As we make contact with them, we learn much more about their background and experience.
- If the above are not interested, we ask them to refer someone they know (or heard about) and would hire if they had the job to fill.

Q:
When will I see candidates?
A:
Because we know our industry . . . and the players . . . we usually can make a presentation of qualified achievers within 2 weeks. Before we introduce them to you, they will be fully interviewed, to your specifications. Before we make a presentation of their credentials, we require the candidate to discuss the opportunity with their significant other, especially if the position requires a relocation. Since most of our candidates are happily employed, they need to update their resumes, showing further evidence of their interest in exploring your opportunity.

Q:
How many candidates can I expect?
A:
That is a very difficult question to answer. There are so many factors, including salary, job responsibility and location. We've had companies ask us not to send any more candidates after we presented the first two, because our client was already having trouble deciding which of the two to extend their offer to.
You should know our policy: we will not submit a candidate unless the new candidate is as good, or better than, those we have already submitted. However, we will continue to present excellent candidates until the position has been filled.

Q:

What kind of guarantee do you give?
A:
All or our searches are guaranteed and we stand behind every candidate we present. For details, please call us.

Q:
How do I know you won't recruit my employee for another job?
We have never recruited a candidate from a client! We just do not recruit from a client. As a matter of fact, the candidate we recruit for you is purged from our files. (Unfortunately, we cannot even send them a Christmas card, because that could be interpreted as a subtle overture). We enjoy long lasting relationships with our clients and hope to do business with them for many, many years.
A large number of candidates we have recruited have become our clients because they have witnessed our integrity.
