Recruit For The Front Line
Even though we don't recruit for the "infantry"
of Call Centers, we have helped clients with ideas
gleaned from the managers we have
interviewed.
All Call Center Managers have a common problem:
Where do you find a good Customer Service or TeleSales Representative? Many have tried the
conventional recruiting methods, but we have
included some sources unusual and usual that you
may not have tried.
1. College job placement services.
2. Church Bulletins.
3. Supermarket bulletin boards.
4. Circulate flyers at shopping malls.
5. Friendly, articulate waiters and
waitresses.
6. Telemarketers who call you.
7. PTA's
8. Companies that are closing.
9. Companies that are laying off.
10. State unemployment offices.
11. Mates at military bases. They're eager
to contribute to family income.
12. Unemployed actors and actresses.
13. Ads on cable stations. Most are less
expensive than you might think.
14. Newspaper space ads, not the usual help
wanted ads.
